Visit From Our New Patron

The Trust are delighted to announce the appointment of a new patron.  The Rt Rev Patrick McKinney, the Roman Catholic Bishop of Nottingham.

The Trust’s new patron Bishop McKinney visited the project on 21st September 2016 he.  He met staff, members of the committee and some of the residents and had a look around the properties. Bishop McKinney was interviewed by the Newark Advertiser and told them that  “young people are such a crucial part of society as they have the potential to be our future leaders and to shape the next generation of our society.  It’s so important that we put time, energy and resources into supporting young people”.

Project Manager, Rose Makings says that she is delighted to have the bishop on board as a patron and that it is part of our aim of raising the profile of the Trust and developing links with the wider community.
